Advertising Platform Disclaimer

Last updated 2026-07-19

This is a plain-language summary, not a document drafted or reviewed by a lawyer.

Independence

AdSyntara is an independent software product. We are not owned by, operated by, or officially affiliated with Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn, or Snapchat. Where we name these platforms, it's to describe that AdSyntara can connect to and publish through their own advertising APIs — not to claim an endorsement or partnership.

You're bound by their terms too

Connecting an ad account links your own account on that platform, using your own credentials. You remain directly bound by that platform's own advertising policies, terms of service, and content rules — AdSyntara doesn't replace or override them.

Platforms can act independently

Ad platforms can reject a submitted ad, pause delivery, change an API, adjust their own algorithms, or suspend an account — entirely at their own discretion and outside AdSyntara's control. When a platform rejects or flags something, we surface that feedback back to you as-is; we can't override a platform's own decision.

Forecasts describe likely outcomes, not platform guarantees

Our forecasts and cost estimates are our own probabilistic read of your inputs and available market data. They are not a promise from us, and definitely not a promise from any advertising platform, about what a campaign will actually deliver, cost, or how quickly it will be approved.

Trademarks

Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat are trademarks of their respective owners. Any reference to them on this site or in the product is purely descriptive of platform compatibility.
