AdSyntara

AI Usage Policy

Last updated 2026-07-19

This is a plain-language summary of how AI works in this product today, not a document drafted or reviewed by a lawyer.

Where AI is used

AdSyntara uses AI (large language models, and image generation for ad creative) in specific, opt-in features: audience awareness assessment, Jobs-to-be-Done audience hypotheses, ad copy generation, ad-policy pre-checks, age/country targeting suggestions, competitor research, website research, and AI-generated ad images. Every one of these runs only when you trigger it — nothing runs on your data automatically in the background.

Every AI output is labeled, never presented as fact

We never let AI write a number straight into the product. Every figure — a forecast, a cost ceiling, a channel score — is a labeled "Claim" that shows how confident you should be in it: verified (measured directly), measured (from your own history), modeled (derived from broader priors), a labeled low-confidence MENA benchmark, or AI-inferred (the AI's own read of what you told it). If we don't have enough basis for a number, we say so instead of guessing.

Humans stay in control of spend

AI never publishes or spends money on its own. Publishing a campaign requires an explicit approval step, and every campaign is created in a paused state — a separate, explicit activation step is what starts real spend. Budget-reallocation recommendations are computed, never auto-applied; a human has to approve them first.

Which providers process your data

Requests go to whichever AI provider your platform administrator has configured — currently one or more of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, or DeepSeek. Only the text or images relevant to the specific request are sent, not your full account or other tenants' data. Each provider's own data-use terms for API traffic apply — refer to that provider's policy for specifics; as a general rule, standard API-tier usage is excluded from being used to train the provider's models, but you should confirm this against the specific provider in use if it matters to you.

Your responsibility

AI-generated copy, images, and suggestions are a starting point. You're responsible for reviewing them — for accuracy, for tone, and for compliance with the advertising policies of whichever platform you publish to — before anything goes live.
