Privacy Policy

Last updated 2026-08-04

This is a plain-language summary of our current data practices, not a document drafted or reviewed by a lawyer. Treat it as informational until it is superseded by a counsel-reviewed version.

What we collect

How we use it

To run the product: computing your forecasts, generating ad creative, and — only when you explicitly approve — publishing and managing campaigns on the ad platforms you've connected. If you submit our public demo-request form, we use your contact details to follow up about a demo.

AI processing

Some features (audience analysis, ad copy, targeting suggestions, competitor research) send the relevant text or images to a third-party AI provider we've configured — currently one or more of OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, or DeepSeek, depending on what your platform administrator has enabled. Only the specific content needed for that request is sent, not your whole account. See our AI Usage Policy for more detail.

Who we share data with

We share campaign and targeting data with the ad platforms you explicitly connect, because that's how your ads get published. Our public marketing site (before you log in) also runs the Meta Pixel, so visits from our own Facebook/Instagram ads are shared with Meta for ad measurement — see our Cookie Policy for exactly what that covers; it is not present inside the logged-in product. We do not sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone else except as described here or as required by law.

Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Ad-platform credentials are encrypted at rest. All traffic to the product runs over HTTPS.

Data retention and deletion

Your data stays available for as long as your account is active. A platform administrator can permanently delete a tenant account on request, which removes its users, scenarios, forecasts, campaigns, and connected-account data.

Your choices
